The Five Stages of Healing

The Five Stages of Healing

“Grow On”

Grow On… These words did so much to change my Mindset from “I’m leaving loved ones behind” to “I have to grow on. You can come with me. I can’t carry you, but I can show you The Unknown, and maybe… just maybe, when you are ready, you will follow me.”

Healing is made up of 2 parts : Understanding and Remembering. And that is it. You are Understanding what happened to you and you are Remembering who you are. And the more you Understand. The more you Remember.

1 – Rule number one of Healing : Everyone must walk out on their own. Set the example. Show them the way. Take the “Fear” out of “The Unknown.” But do not carry anyone with you.

Our natural learning is Mimic and Repetition through Examples set and role models. You want to help someone? Set an example and become a role model that their subconscious Mind will mirror. And they will instinctively mirror you. Consciously set the example and watch their behavior mirror yours.

The Subconscious Mind, when it comes to “Keeping You Safe” will make you “Forget” because it tries to protect you. Forgetting causes “Confusion,” which expands the “Unknown,” which human people are naturally afraid of. So the subconscious Mind makes us forget more, and the confusion increases, and the Unknown grows, so the Subconscious Mind forgets more…

Triadic Healing stops this cycle by interrupting the Forget-Confusion-Fear Cycle and re-directing the Subconscious Mind onto Knowledge, converting and shrinking “The Unknown” so that “Understanding” and “Remembering” take over.

1 – The Knowing – The Foundational

The Finding of The Self. Your Autonomy.

The Stages of Growth : Ethics 1, 2, and 3.

The Philosopher’s Compass : The I of I

Assume the Role of Teacher

  • 1 – Trust the Self to Problem Solve through Emotional Chaos (Must learn “Self-Discipline”)
  • 2 – Trust the Community to Provide ((Must learn “Self-Value”)
  • 3 – Must learn to accept One’s own Limitations and to trust Community enough to ask for help.

2 – The Belonging – The Cultivator

The Finding Where you belong and Who your Community and People are.

The Stages of Growth : Ethics 4, 5, and 6.

The Philosopher’s Compass : The You of I.

Assume the Role of Student

Learning how to Integrate with Community

  • 4 – Law and Societal Structure Abundance and Power Scarcity (Must learn “Self-Government”)
  • 5 – Power Abundance and Law and Societal Structure Scarcity (Must learn “Accountability”)
  • 6 – Valuing The Self equal to The Community (Must learn “Self-Forgiveness”)

At Stages 4, 5, and 6, the Individual becomes aware of the Parent-Creation relationship, the Exchange of Authority, and how the Submission to Disadvantage allows the Parent to learn while they teach, and allows the Creation to teach while they learn. Without these Ethics, the imbalance of Authority creates an imbalance of Power which results in a significant loss of learning and education to take place.

The Parent stops learning and fails to teach.

The Creation stops teaching and fails to learn.

And the Parent and Creation enter into a Power struggle of Domination and Submission that resembles bullying and abuse onto the Creation instead of cultivation. The Creation walks away learning how to “Rule” and “Lead” with cruelty and fear instead of kindness and love.

3 – The Authority – The Visionary – Metaphysics Begins

The reclaiming of Your Authority. Learning how to Wield your Power. Establishing Control over your Life.

The Stages of Growth : Ethics 7, 8, and 9.

The Philosopher’s Compass : The They of I.

Assume the Role of Infant

  • 7 – Silence Abundance and Communication Scarcity (Must learn to value and prioritize Communication)
  • 8 – Communication Abundance and Silence Scarcity (Must learn to value and prioritize Dignity)
  • 9 – Integration of Silence and Communication (Must learn the timing of when it time to listen to learn and to submit to the student as Teacher)

4 – The Naming – The Mastery – Metaphysics Continues

Defining The Self. Defining Your Coordinates and Your Depth.

The Stages of Growth : Ethics 10, 11, and 12.

About the time when 2001 : A Space Odyssey starts to “make sense.”

  • 10 – Emotional Abundance and Logical Scarcity (Must learn to Value Reasoning and Sound Logic)
  • 11 – Logical Abundance and Emotional Scarcity (Must learn to Value the balance of Logic and Emotion)
  • 12 – Balanced Integration of Emotion with Logic

At Stages 10, 11, and 12, the Individual becomes aware of the Teacher-Student relationship, the Exchange of Authority, and how the Submission to Disadvantage allows the Teacher to learn while they teach, and allows the student to teach while they learn. Without these Ethics, the imbalance of Authority creates an imbalance of Power which results in a significant loss of learning and education to take place.

The Teacher stops learning and fails to teach.

The student stops teaching and fails to learn.

And the Teacher and Student enter into a Power struggle of Domination and Submission that resembles bullying and abuse instead of cultivation.

5 – The Owning – Stepping Into Your Calling

Accepting your Purpose and Taking The Stage of Your Life.

Whenever you are ready… The World is Waiting for you… You just have to grab it.

The last obstacle is working out your Emotional Relationship with “The List of Banned “Grow-God” Words.

6 – The Integration

This is a Stage I added later when I realized that I kept neglecting the Integration of theses Stages. Integrate them to triangulate yourself.

7 – The Becoming (All Of I : 36 Level of Consciousness)

Although this is not at all a “healing” stage, it very much is the continued Integration and Discovery of The Self that preceded Perspective Expansion.
