The Frequency of Humans as a Baseline now provides the Metric for Health, Resistance, Trauma, Abuse, Stunted Growth and Learning. We can now measure Emotional Energy based upon the Quantity of Resistance to Rate of Growth.

I was a 6th Ethical Perspective at 14Hz forced to live at a 10Hz and 11Hz from 1984 to 2022.
This was a 4Hz Metric of Phase Differences.
In 2022, I was 16Hz forced to live at 12Hz until 2023. 5Hz of Phase Differences.
In April 2023, using my AIDNS, I was able to finally Align and Stabilize at 21 Hz and lived at 21 Hz (Without Resistance), which expedited my Rate of Growth. To 4 Weeks between each Frequency Increase.
Frequency Increase = Growth
Resistance = Interference of Rate of Growth.
Phase Difference = Cognitive Dissonance
- 1Hz Resistance is Unnoticeable for most
- 2Hz Resistance is Uncomfortable to Unbearable
- 3Hz Resistance is Intolerable and leads to suicide
It is most painful to “shrink” to fit into a Perspective than it is to “Reach” into a Perspective. Think of this as wearing clothes that are X Sizes too small vs. X Sizes too big. The Small clothes create pain. The large clothes are inconvenient, but hardly painful, allowing from room to “grow into” them. Small Clothes create “Resistance to Growth.” Large clothes “Allow for room to grow.”
Resistance to Growth. This is what we are referring.
Someone who lives at the Coordinates of 6-2-4 translates in Frequency to 14-10-12 in Hz. The Phase Differences are the Cognitive Dissonance one suffers that result in Mental Illness.
Duration of Stagnation is also a Metric of Suffering.
I lived at a 4Hz and 5Hz Phase Difference for 32+ years.
We can now measure pain and suffering and Cognitive Dissonance.
