The Ignorant Unethical
When the “The Exoteric’s Pseudo-Esoterics” neglected Proper and Ethical Learning and chose to learn from “The Cheater’s Manual” 1.0 instead, they stumbled upon a not-so-little side effect.
We ended up with People — Ignorant Unethicals — who could not Translate their Visions Accurately. Mis-Interpretation of Visions is a vast Side-Effect for neglecting your Studies.
It leads to Vision Chasing.
Vision Chasing is when the Untrained Individual (1) Has a Vision (2) Is so Responsive to the Vision, that they are Reactive and (3) In a Panic, Creates a Series of Chaotic Events that leads them down the wrong path.

Vocabulary and Knowledge in Advanced Sciences are required to obtain a Pure Intuition in order for Divination to work and/or be accurate and/or be credible.

The Other Variable in this is The Malicious Unethical. The Malicious Unethical weaponizes all of this on purpose regardless of whether or not they (1) Believe it or (2) Can do it.

Ignorant Ethicals will fall into two categories : They will
